Deine Rolle
In dieser Position bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Teams in Kaiserslautern. Du wirst eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Beratung, Support und Account Management zusammenarbeiten. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Neukunden während ihrer Customer Journey zu begleiten und unsere Softwarelösungen vorzustellen. Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und lösungsorientiert zu denken
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Prozessen im Servicemanagement
- Souveräner Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern
- Hohe Empathie, um die Herausforderungen der Kunden zu verstehen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
