Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing railway and earthworks projects, ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective execution across all construction disciplines.
• Managing project stakeholders while considering all economic, technical, and safety-related factors.
• Coordinating work preparation, planning, technology, and project settlement.
• Creating technically sound and economically feasible construction phase strategies in close collaboration with work preparation teams.
• Supervising and evaluating subcontractor services, including claims management.

Your Qualifications:

• A completed degree in civil engineering with extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects for Deutsche Bahn.
• Proficient in relevant construction software (e.g., RIB iTWO).
• Strong organizational abilities, independent work ethic, initiative, and focused action.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
