About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at the Kammergericht. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with our IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware and software components.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our staff, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to our IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement procedures for IT-related tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
Requirements
  • Relevant education and/or experience in IT, including hardware and software maintenance and support.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of standard hardware and software components.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
