Your Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, colleagues, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage incoming correspondence efficiently, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including general office tasks and maintaining organized records.
- A completed vocational training in a commercial field or as a hotel professional.
- Proven experience in customer service and reception roles within a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
- A permanent full-time position with the opportunity for growth within a reputable law firm.
- An attractive annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €41,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
- Generous vacation time of 30 days per year.
- A flexible work arrangement with the option for part-time hours starting at 25 hours per week.
- Fixed working hours from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
