ITIL Service Management Professional

Join our dynamic team at 50Hertz as an IT Service Management Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and enhancing IT Service Management workflows in alignment with ITIL standards,
- Evaluating, designing, and perpetually refining ITSM workflows,
- Overseeing and managing Incident and Problem Management activities,
- Facilitating the Change Management process effectively,
- Establishing and tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration,
- Assisting IT initiatives, particularly in the organization and execution of ITSM-related tasks,
- Providing training and mentorship to team members and other staff on ITSM methodologies and best practices,
- Creating and updating relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline,
- ITIL4 certification (preferably Foundation or higher),
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management, ideally within the energy sector,
- Language proficiency: Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills.
Preferred Additional Experience:
- Experience in restructuring or establishing IT Service Management frameworks in post-merger contexts,
- Collaboration with international and cross-functional teams,
- Familiarity with Product-Operating-Model implementations and decentralized ITSM/IT Governance protocols.
