Logistics & Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung und Durchführung des monatlichen Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP)-Zyklus für unsere Unternehmensgruppe, einschließlich der Leitung relevanter Besprechungen (Nachfrage oder Angebot) Koordination, Implementierung und Überwachung der taktischen Planungsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktions-, Supply Chain Management-, Einkaufs- und Vertriebsabteilungen sowie Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen bei Engpässen Entwicklung geeigneter Szenarien hinsichtlich möglicher Produktions-, Verteilungs- und Beschaffungsstrategien unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Ressourcen Regelmäßiger Austausch mit unserem Vertrieb, Einkauf und unserer Produktion zur Optimierung, Nivellierung und Stabilisierung unserer Lieferkette Kontinuierliche Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der Bestandsstrategien sowie Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände Koordination neuer und auslaufender Produkte basierend auf der Absatzplanung Aufbau neuer sowie Erweiterung bestehender KPI-Sets rund um SIOP und darauf basierende kontinuierliche Verbesserung des SIOP-Prozesses Projektleitung und -mitarbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenabteilungen Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, Konzeptionierung und Implementierung einer neuen Software zur ganzheitlichen Abbildung des SIOP-Prozesses

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management Erfahrungen im Bereich SIOP und/oder S&OP Begeisterung, Freude und Motivation für die (Weiterentwicklung) Planungsprozesse eines Industrieunternehmens Versierter Umgang mit Veränderungsprozessen in einem dynamischen Umfeld, hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Zeitmanagement Hohe Affinität für Kommunikation und Koordination in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen Gute Englischkenntnisse Kenntnisse in SAP (Module MM, PP) und IT-Planungslösungen (z.B. SAP IBP) von Vorteil
