- Driving Innovation: Establish clear objectives and a seamless transition strategy towards the BizDevOps framework, guiding the process with all relevant parties.
- IT Strategic Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for all stakeholders involved in IT delivery.
- Cloud Solutions: Influence IT service delivery by considering modern architectures, public cloud solutions, agility, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Financial Oversight: Proactively manage the IT budget in collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and oversee the effectiveness of external partners within an outsourcing framework and diverse cultural environment.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Engineering.
- Experience in consulting roles.
- Proficiency in IT financial management with a strong affinity for numerical analysis and process optimization.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Portfolio Management within an internal IT setting.
- Exceptional communication abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with COBIT Governance Framework, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
