Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our corporate law department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients on a wide range of corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues and provide well-reasoned advice to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve clients' business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to provide seamless and efficient legal services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulations and provide training and guidance to junior lawyers.

Requirements

  • Admitted to the bar in Germany or another European country.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a large law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
