Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst unsere Klienten in strategischen Belangen bezüglich Unternehmens- und IT-Architekturen sowie Technologien, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Abteilungen, Fachbereichen und der Unternehmensführung.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung und Gestaltung von Enterprise-Architekturen, IT-Service-Management und Application-Lifecycle-Management.
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Geschäfts-, Unternehmens- und IT-Lösungen im Rahmen des Anforderungs- und Stakeholder-Managements eigenständig weiter.
  • Du berücksichtigst die Vorgaben und Richtlinien der IT- und Unternehmensgovernance unserer Klienten.
  • Du berätst hinsichtlich der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen und der damit verbundenen Prozesslandschaft.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Modellierung im Rahmen des Architekturmanagements.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die zukünftigen Veränderungen in Architektur, Systemen und Technologien und bist an großen Transformations-, Migrations-, Design- und Redesign-Projekten beteiligt.
  • Du berätst unsere Klienten im Bereich des Service Portfolio Managements.
  • Du unterstützt das Enterprise Architecture Management und kümmerst dich um die Dokumentation der IT-Systemlandschaft.
  • Du berätst umfassend von der Identifikation von Chancen über die Anforderungen bis hin zur Lösung unter Berücksichtigung bestehender architektonischer Gegebenheiten.


Voraussetzungen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Enterprise Architecture Frameworks wie TOGAF, Zachman und FEA und kannst diese bei der Entwicklung von IT-Strategien und -Architekturen anwenden.
  • Du bist in der Lage, komplexe IT-Projekte zu planen, zu leiten und zu überwachen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie im Rahmen des Budgets und der Zeitvorgaben abgeschlossen werden.
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit, Änderungen in der IT-Infrastruktur und Anwendungslandschaft zu planen und zu steuern, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung zu gewährleisten.
  • Du bist kompetent darin, eine langfristige IT-Strategie zu entwickeln, die die Geschäftsziele unterstützt.
  • Du interagierst effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern im Unternehmen und berücksichtigst deren Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen.
  • Du kannst komplexe Daten und Informationen analysieren und interpretieren, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Du identifizierst und bewertest innovative Ideen und Technologien, um sicherzustellen, dass das Unternehmen wettbewerbsfähig bleibt.
  • Du bringst Führungskompetenz mit und bist teamorientiert.
  • Du kommunizierst zielgerichtet und kannst komplexe Konzepte verständlich erklären.
  • Du bist entscheidungsfreudig und bereit, Risiken einzugehen.
  • Du bist anpassungsfähig und kannst dich schnell auf Veränderungen einstellen.
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit, Konflikte zu lösen.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Zeitmanagement und kannst Prioritäten setzen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
