We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at OJ Service UG (hb). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of construction equipment.

• Operate and control construction machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Maintain and service machines and equipment on a daily basis, performing routine checks and repairs as needed.
• Assist in the operation of the soil washing plant, working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
• Develop and maintain a high level of technical understanding and manual dexterity, staying up-to-date with the latest equipment and technologies.

• Completion of training as a Machine Operator or similar qualification.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator, with a strong track record of safety and efficiency.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious work ethic, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
