We're Looking for:
We're seeking a communicative, service-oriented individual who wants to start their career in sales. If you're a quick learner, eager to take on new challenges, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for providing competent customer support and handling customer inquiries.
- You'll be responsible for calculating and creating offers (including proactive follow-up) and processing external tenders.
- You'll handle all price and offer inquiries from B2B customers via phone, email, or contact form.
- You'll serve as the central point of contact between our customers and Jacob, ensuring optimal customer support from pre-sales to after-sales.
Your Profile:
- You'll have a completed vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Ideal candidates will have some experience in sales or customer service.
- You'll possess high self-motivation, good organizational skills, and excellent communication skills as an open-minded individual.
- You'll have secure German language skills.
