Position Overview:
- Direct and mentor a team of skilled professionals

Required Qualifications:
- Completed technical education, ideally complemented by a Master's degree, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a production setting
- Significant background in engine refurbishment and team leadership is advantageous
- Excellent communication abilities across diverse scenarios
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Methodical, process-driven, and a catalyst for innovative development processes
- Fluent in English
