Job Title: Senior Consultant Global Transfer Pricing Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Global Transfer Pricing Services team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to multinational companies and mid-sized enterprises on the development, implementation, and defense of transfer pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on transfer pricing strategies to multinational companies and mid-sized enterprises.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing systems in line with tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and develop customized solutions taking into account tax and business aspects as well as the challenges of digitalization.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and defend transfer prices in tax audits.
  • Support in international advance pricing agreements, court proceedings, and other tax-related matters.
  • Take on significant responsibilities in project management and the long-term care and development of our mandates.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics, law, finance, or natural sciences.
  • At least two years of experience in transfer pricing, controlling, strategic management, or international taxation.
  • Knowledge and first-hand experience in corporate practice in the fields of controlling, strategy, supply chain management, IP, law, and/or taxation.
  • Excellent MS Office and English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Analytical and structured handling of complex international issues.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and performance readiness.
