About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer to join our team at Rottendorf Pharma. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and functionality of all production equipment in our development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve our existing production equipment in collaboration with our suppliers, taking into account the high demands of a GMP-compliant production process.
• Plan, design, and specify new equipment and production lines, and oversee their implementation and qualification.
• Ensure the timely execution of maintenance, inspections, and calibrations of production equipment and tools.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve our production efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical expertise and support during audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and customers.

Requirements

• Completed education as a technician or engineer with a focus on process engineering or production technology.
• Proven experience in similar roles, with a strong understanding of process engineering and production technology.
• Excellent knowledge of measurement and control technology, as well as a strong understanding of technical processes and production systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work at different levels of the organization.
