Director of Digital Marketing Project Management

Your Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Motivation: You will take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of the PMO Digital Marketing Solutions area, becoming an integral part of our global marketing team.
  • Diverse Project Management: You will oversee a variety of MarTech and digital projects from initial requirements gathering through planning, testing, and successful rollout.
  • Innovative Development: You will enhance our digital products and customer touchpoints, always with a clear focus on the needs of our clients.
  • Support and Implementation: You will assist regional marketing teams in the introduction of new features and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Budget Oversight: You will manage and monitor the budget to ensure efficient and targeted use of resources.
  • Coordination and Leadership: You will lead the project team for the "Global Website Relaunch" and ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  • Web Analytics: You will establish the web analytics area and take responsibility for its continuous development.
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or comparable fields.
  • Solid professional experience in project management with a focus on digital and MarTech.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in applying agile project management methodologies.
  • Highly structured working style with an understanding of complex issues, technical systems, and process flows.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving initiatives in an interface role within international teams.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
