Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative visual solutions that effectively convey our brand identity and message.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to transform initial concepts into finalized designs.
- Generate a diverse range of creative materials for various communication platforms, ensuring our service offerings are presented effectively.
- Follow corporate identity standards while integrating contemporary design trends into your projects.
- Enhance our brand messaging through your unique creative insights.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or training in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of pertinent experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with image editing and retouching is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage and execute design projects autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fluent in both German and English.
