About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in our Frankfurt (Sachsenhausen) store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including our signature Tchibo coffee, to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and maintaining stock levels.

About You:

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
