Join Epiroc as a Training Coordinator

Epiroc is a leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for the mining and infrastructure industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in Europe West.

About the Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the technical competencies of our customers. You will work closely with our Global Training team to analyze training needs and develop training modules. Your key focus will be on ensuring that our customers have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate our equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide training modules based on analysis of training needs
  • Collaborate with Business Line Managers, Technical Support Manager, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop a training strategy
  • Record and evaluate training data to ensure quality objectives are met
  • Produce a monthly report on training activities
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a solid understanding of mining and construction techniques. You should have a university degree or equivalent education and experience as a trainer. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
