Real Estate Valuation Expert

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Stadt- und Kreissparkasse Erlangen Höchstadt Herzogenaurach. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of properties to determine their market and mortgage values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting traffic and mortgage value assessments in relation to real estate financing.
  • Evaluating building rights, estimating construction costs, and assessing the feasibility of construction projects; preparing detailed construction status reports.
  • Reviewing and verifying external appraisals for accuracy and reliability (market and mortgage value).
  • Monitoring trends in the real estate market, analyzing developments, and evaluating market fluctuation reports.
  • Providing support and expert advice to credit analysts, customer advisors, and decision-makers on all matters related to real estate valuation.

Qualifications:

  • Certified qualification as a real estate appraiser, such as HypZert (F) or DIAZert.
  • Several years of relevant practical experience in the aforementioned areas.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market within our operational region and metropolitan area.
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions, take initiative, and demonstrate responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a passion for teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license (class B).
