Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Supply Chain Planner, der unsere Produktverfügbarkeit sicherstellt und unsere internen Schnittstellen kommuniziert.

Als Supply Chain Planner bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit für unsere zugeordneten Produktgruppen. Du wirst eigenständig an allen internen Schnittstellen kommunizieren und die regelmäßige Übermittlung der rollierenden Lieferanten-Forecasts an unsere Lohnhersteller sicherstellen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit für die zugeordneten Produktgruppen hinsichtlich Termin und Menge
  • Eigenständige Kommunikation an allen internen Schnittstellen hinsichtlich Termin- und Mengenabstimmung
  • Sicherstellung der regelmäßigen Übermittlung der rollierenden Lieferanten-Forecasts an unsere Lohnhersteller
  • Regelmäßiger Review der kommerziellen Absatzplanung
  • Kostenoptimierte Bestands- und Verfügbarkeitsverantwortung
  • Produktionsplanung, Absatzplanung, Materialdisposition und Beschaffung
  • Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches im Hinblick auf Kundenwünsche sowie In-House Prozesse
  • Engpassmanagement für die zugeordnete Produktgruppe in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Mitarbeit und eigenständige Bearbeitung von (cross-funktionalen) Projekten

Wir erwarten von dir:

  • Erfahrung im FMCG Umfeld im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning bzw. Produktionsplanung auf Produktebene
  • Projektmanagement-Skills
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Affinität zu IT-Systemen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Selbständigkeit
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und agile Arbeitsweisen
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine fundierte Kommunikationsstärke
