In light of a planned succession, we are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of

Director of Financial Accounting, IT, and Human Resources (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial accounting, including monthly business evaluations, asset management, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Coordinate internal IT functions, including ERP systems, EDI, infrastructure, and service provider management, while developing digital workflows.
  • Manage human resources tasks, such as personnel file administration, time tracking, vacation requests, and sick leave, along with payroll and commission calculations.
  • Handle banking and financial operations.
  • Oversee insurance and fleet management.
  • Act as the primary contact for tax authorities, external tax and IT service providers, and insurance representatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Commercial education, complemented by a qualification as a "Certified Accountant (m/f/d)."
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and payroll accounting, preferably within manufacturing SMEs.
  • A strong affinity for IT, including commercial ERP systems and MS Office, along with a solid understanding of digital processes.
