We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Department of Urban Planning and Law as a Sachbearbeiterin Baurecht in a full-time position (39 or 41 hours/week).

Leave Your Mark

• You will review and decide on building applications
• You will advise builders and architects on legal matters
• In the context of building supervision, you will implement building regulations
• You will handle objections and lawsuits
• You will work on other procedures, such as permits for noise protection and water and nature conservation

We Need You to Make a Difference

• You will bring a completed Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Management or a completed administrative assistant training with further qualification as an administrative manager (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of building law
• You will work independently and structured
• You will have pleasure in dealing with people and will act customer- and service-oriented
• You will be proficient in IT

As a trailblazer at the City of Offenburg, we offer you a fixed-term employment contract in accordance with the TVöD salary scale in pay grade 10, and in the event of the existence of the career-related prerequisites, a position in the civil service with a salary up to pay grade 11 LBesG BW, as well as a wide range of attractive offers around your employment.
