About the Role:
IC Resources is seeking an experienced Analog and Mixed Signal Verification Engineer to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our R&D Centre, you will be responsible for developing system-level models for analog/mixed signal ASICs/IP, implementing user cases, fault injection, and simulation test benches for analog system design verification, and maintaining the accuracy, scalability, and reusability of analog system models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop system-level models for analog/mixed signal ASICs/IP according to application and circuit design requirements.
- Implement user cases, fault injection, and simulation test benches for analog system design verification.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy, scalability, and reusability of analog system models.
- Collaborate with the CAD group to improve the mixed signal verification methodology.
- Perform analog/mixed signal fault modeling and simulation.
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field of study, with experience in an R&D environment.
- Industry experience in analog/mixed signal behavior modeling (e.g., System C, System Verilog, Verilog A).
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in analog/mixed circuit design (e.g., LDO, Buck, ADC, PLL).
- Experience in analog/mixed signal design verification.
