We are seeking a highly skilled Infotainment Testing Specialist to join our team at Design Consulting GmbH.
Main Responsibilities:
Validate and test Infotainment Software for series production of a major German OEM.
Key Activities and Deliverables:
- Implement and maintain test cases in CAPL/TestStand/Python/EXAM based on requirements
- Execute test cases automatically or manually on test bench/vehicle with a focus on Infotainment systems or Connectivity or ADAS or vehicle communications
- Analyze test results to identify false positives/negatives
- Conduct failure analysis to address solutions to customers
Requirements:
- Knowledge of working models of AUDI and/or VW is desirable;
- Strong programming skills in C, CAPL, Python;
- Good understanding of Vector tools, HW/SW;
- Knowledge of automotive communication buses, such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet, with FlexRay and MOST being a plus;
- Experience with rest bus simulation;
- Knowledge of diagnostic protocol (UDS) is considered a plus;
- Experience in automatic tests development in vTestStudio/Test Stand/python;
- Knowledge of EXAM tool is a plus;
- RF systems knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge of computer vision, image processing, cameras simulation, and frame grabbers;
- Competence in testing methodologies;
- Infotainment testing experience is preferred;
- Competence in HW electrical debugging is a plus;
- Driving license for VW/AUDI prototypes is a plus;
- German and English language proficiency is mandatory;
- Availability to start immediately.
