Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Bachelor graduates for our PreMaster Program, who want to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in a company. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their future careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct measurements and frequency analyses of eBike drive units to ensure their reliability and performance.
- Set up testing and measurement equipment to simulate real-world scenarios and test the drive units under various conditions.
- Perform test setups on motor test benches to evaluate the drive units' performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Excellent Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Technology) or a similar field with the intention of pursuing a Master's degree afterwards.
- Personality and Work Style: independent, reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented, strong communicator, solution-oriented, organized.
- Enthusiasm: Motivated to learn new things and take on new challenges.
- Languages: Good German and English language skills.
