Job Title: Digital Communications Manager

Uniper is seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Online & Social team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital communications strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communications strategy that aligns with Uniper's business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content for social media and other online channels, including blog posts and articles.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and brand identity across digital channels.
  • Coach and educate employees on best practices for online and social media communications.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our social media strategy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of proven experience in social media management, digital communications, and copywriting.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop content that balances technical insights with engaging narratives for a broad audience.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing campaign strategies, including social media marketing and performance management tools.
  • Experience managing complex digital marketing and communications projects, including steering external service providers and agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Native-level fluency in both English and German, with excellent written skills in both languages.
