Position Overview:

The W&W-Gruppe is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a Real Estate Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property needs and ensuring a seamless experience in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in navigating their housing requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, potential buyers, and the sales team regarding all aspects of real estate.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties, utilizing standard industry channels for marketing.
  • Implement various marketing strategies to boost sales performance and enhance visibility in the market.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to uncover cross-selling opportunities and effectively convert leads.
  • Proactively follow up on real estate insights from partners to generate additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales is required.
