In der Rolle des Quality Assurance Specialist sind Sie ein zentraler Bestandteil des Qualitätssicherungsteams und arbeiten eng mit unseren Lieferanten zusammen, um die höchsten Standards für Produkte und Materialien zu gewährleisten. Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

  • Die Pflege und Optimierung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
  • Die Durchführung von Audits bei Lieferanten sowie die Bewertung deren Leistungen.
  • Die Erkennung von Verbesserungspotenzialen bei Lieferanten und die Umsetzung von Projekten zur Qualitätssteigerung.
  • Die Initiierung von Prozessverbesserungen.
  • Die enge Kooperation mit internen Abteilungen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Aktionsplänen zur Behebung von Qualitätsproblemen.

Anforderungen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder im Management von Lieferanten.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Herangehensweise.
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
