Job Overview

Your Role
  • Manage administrative functions including order processing, invoice creation, payment tracking, and document management
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients
  • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance
  • Organize and coordinate business activities
  • Communicate with clients regarding organizational issues
  • Schedule and manage appointments effectively
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Demonstrated commitment, reliability, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in written German
