Job Description: Mail Sorter/Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to fill the role of Mail Sorter/Machine Operator at Deutsche Post DHL in Bautzen. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of letters and packages.

  • Operating postal sorting machines to efficiently process mail
  • Sorting letters and packages based on various criteria, including zip code and destination
  • Handling incoming mail containers and ensuring they are properly stored
  • Emptying compartments and transporting mail containers to designated areas

Job Details:

  • Part-time position, 18 hours/week
  • Hourly wage of 15.63 €
  • 25% night shift allowance tax-free from 20:00 to 06:00
  • 13th monthly salary
  • €155 vacation bonus in July starting from the 2nd year
  • Paid training provided by experienced colleagues
