Marketing Production Manager

Netflix is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Production Manager to lead the production and execution of best-in-class entertainment campaigns for the DACH market.

The Role

As a Marketing Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of our market-specific campaign initiatives across paid, earned, and owned channels. This includes acting as a creative and strategic thought partner for Marketing Managers throughout campaign development and owning the campaign execution of title and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the production process for all campaign assets, including asset planning, production, management, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Optimize internal workflows and processes to ensure efficient operations and maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in content production with a strong understanding of on-set production, brand activations, OOH, and campaign production.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume campaigns simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with the DACH market, media, vendor, and entertainment landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to provide concise, clear, and actionable briefings.
  • Fluent in English and German.
