We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Deployment Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically planning and executing software deployment initiatives.
  • Managing the release process for support software.
  • Conducting thorough release testing and implementation.
  • Overseeing configuration and installation management for both customer-facing and internal software solutions.
  • Facilitating on-site installations for clients.
  • Configuring system environments to meet specific requirements.
  • Performing testing for release installations.
  • Engaging in customer communication and providing remote maintenance support on client systems.
  • Documenting installation processes comprehensively.
  • Updating essential software components as needed.
  • Maintaining automated installation packages for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or relevant training in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of pertinent work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in IT systems.
  • Proficient in English (B2) and German (B2/C1).
  • Familiarity with at least three of the following areas: MSI installation packages, Windows PowerShell scripting, database management systems (MSSQL/PostgreSQL), effective documentation practices, installation qualification/configuration qualification.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
