As a member of the Customer Success team, you will lead the implementation of Valmet's digital manufacturing projects. Your role will focus on achieving substantial improvements in manufacturing performance in collaboration with our clients, who are leaders in the manufacturing sector. Your team will serve as the liaison between our clients and Valmet, delivering operational excellence and lean process programs through advanced smart manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to unlock the full potential of process enhancements by integrating lean management with data-driven optimization using Valmet's shop floor applications.
- Employ and refine lean and agile project management methodologies to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of Digital Manufacturing projects.
- Guide clients through their digitization journeys, from shop floor personnel to factory leadership, utilizing change management and performance improvement strategies, including training, communication, and performance analytics.
- Actively facilitate shop floor transformations by onboarding clients to Valmet's solutions, implementing change and performance management, and driving process enhancements.
- Analyze business, process, and machine data to conceptualize shop floor solutions and execute operational excellence initiatives tailored to client needs.
- Prepare, investigate, and analyze diverse data sets to derive actionable insights aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes.
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with client counterparts, demonstrating confidence in both shop floor environments and executive settings.
- Participate in a highly innovative, multidisciplinary team to validate cutting-edge concepts and digital solutions designed for the manufacturing floor.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on Production Operations Management.
- Possess initial project management experience and familiarity with relevant methodologies and tools.
- Have insights into process improvement, lean consulting, or operational excellence initiatives within the manufacturing sector, ideally with a focus on continuous production.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for operational excellence in conjunction with shop floor management and Industry 4.0.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts to business and client stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in office productivity and communication tools such as Office 365, Slack, Miro, and ClickUp, with some exposure to data analysis and management technologies like Tableau, Grafana, Python, and Snowflake.
- Fluent in German and English.
