YOUR ROLE
Become a part of the Boston Consulting Group's Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Team in Munich, where you will contribute to meaningful transformation within the organization and assist in external DEI projects. In this position, you will manage a variety of DEI initiatives, such as coordinating employee resource groups, improving diverse recruitment strategies, and preparing resources for DEI events. This role offers flexibility, allowing for up to 20 hours per week during academic semesters and up to 40 hours per week during vacation periods, accommodating your personal, academic, and professional schedules.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled in a university in Germany

  • Genuine interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Willingness to engage in both administrative and strategic responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
COLLABORATION

You will work closely with the Global DEI team, which consists of diverse professionals from around the globe, all committed to fostering inclusive workplaces. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with the Munich office community and the wider DEI team in the region.
