YOUR ROLE - WHAT AWAITS YOU
Do you enjoy focusing on requirements definition and management while navigating between business departments and IT? Are you eager to actively shape processes in interdisciplinary teams, tackle challenging and exciting projects, and guide our clients through their core business processes into the digital realm? If so, adesso is the right place for you.
As a Business Requirements Analyst, one of your key responsibilities will be to competently accompany client requirements from identification to handover. With your strong analytical skills, you will serve as a vital link between our clients, business departments, software architects, and developers.
In detail, you will take on the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for requirements engineering in complex IT projects.
- You will collaborate with project management on overarching requirements management.
- You will act as a liaison between business departments and IT.
- You will design functional architectures.
- You will coach our clients' requirements teams.
- You will independently prepare client workshops, facilitate them, and subsequently evaluate the outcomes.
- You will support the project team during functional approvals.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have gained several years of practical experience in IT consulting or related fields.
- You possess experience in requirements management and definition in complex software projects.
- You have knowledge in process modeling (EPK, BPMN), natural language requirements definition (Use Cases, User Stories), and model-based requirements definition (UML).
- You demonstrate strong conceptual and analytical abilities along with a quick grasp of new concepts.
- You are open to project-related travel.
