Position Summary

  • Oversee and manage both domestic and international logistics operations independently.
  • Guarantee prompt delivery to various project sites across the country.
  • Track delivery timelines and effectively coordinate schedules.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety regulations.
  • Examine invoices and related documentation thoroughly.
  • Prepare all essential shipping documents autonomously.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and clients.
  • Maintain adherence to stringent quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Handle and document claims related to transport damages.
  • Coordinate the supply chain while observing import, export, and customs laws.
  • Enhance and innovate within the supply chain management area.
  • Engage in route analysis through bidding, contracting, and oversight.
  • Report directly to the management of the department.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed training as a logistics agent or equivalent, with a preference for transport business administration.
  • Extensive experience in heavy transport and project logistics via land and sea is preferred.
  • Exhibit a high degree of reliability, resilience, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Possess a goal-oriented mindset, assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications.
