About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer (m/w/d) to join our team at WSD Security GmbH. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception: Greet and welcome clients, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to our facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.
  • Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of our premises to detect and prevent any potential security threats.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our clients, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure that security protocols are understood and followed.

Requirements:

  • Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Language Skills: Possess excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Security Experience: Have prior experience in the security industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability: Be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift Work: Be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Uniform and Equipment: Wear a uniform and use company-provided equipment to perform duties.
