We are currently seeking a committed Social Educator (m/f/d) for our Children and Youth Care Unit, focusing on educational support in a full-time capacity.

• Designing and implementing care strategies in family settings in accordance with our organizational framework.
• Assuming educational and organizational leadership for outpatient services as per the relevant social welfare regulations.

• A degree in Social Pedagogy or a related field.
• Significant hands-on experience in the social work sector.
• Thorough understanding of the Child and Youth Welfare Act.
• Strong professional skills, organizational capabilities, and a reliable work ethic.
• Dedication, confidence, and adaptability in various situations.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• A valid driver's license and relevant driving experience.
