Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Nikon SLM Solutions AG. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes and management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize engineering processes and management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 regulations.
- Collaborate with respective departments to ensure that engineering processes reflect mandatory standards for Nikon SLM Solutions products.
- Perform regular audits of engineering organization to ensure process adherence.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality escapes and drive process updates to prevent future occurrences.
- Define and approve process templates, assist technical teams in configuring quality relevant processes and process descriptions.
- Coordinate with other quality organizations to maintain harmonized quality and process landscape.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Material Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Engineering/Chemistry.
- Professional experience in quality assurance in machine manufacturing or a relevant industry.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, Machinery Directive, and harmonized standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with commercial and technical staff.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written.
