In this role, you will support the Marketplace Management team by generating and maintaining analytical reports, offering valuable insights, and conducting comprehensive market research.
Working within the Marketplace Management division, you will collaborate closely with Marketplace Managers, Performance Marketing, as well as our Product and Sales teams.
Your contributions will be crucial as we innovate the labor market to benefit all stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and sustain regular reporting, partnering with analysts to ensure clarity on internal KPIs, market trends, and long-term developments.
- Generate competitive insights, collaborating with sales and customer success teams to assess customer performance, while driving reporting and insights across marketing, product, and brand initiatives.
- Assist the Marketplace team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Conduct thorough market research and engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations.
- Support data entry and analysis efforts to monitor marketplace performance metrics.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate, with a marketing background being a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and German, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Possess a data-driven mindset and a passion for analytics.
- Exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Showcase strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
