Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation

Develop and execute strategic plans to meet the needs of designated customers, along with tactical sales plans for key client projects to ensure timely deal closures. Build a comprehensive approach for Axway customers, integrating Sales, Services, Presales, and Support. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Cloud, License, and Services. Drive new business acquisition and generate opportunities through a robust partner ecosystem and marketing initiatives.

2. Customer Engagement

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key executives within accounts. Present a visionary approach to accounts, engaging with executives to contribute to their digital transformation efforts. Utilize insights into business challenges and industry trends to inform your strategies. Cultivate a network of stakeholders at all levels, building strong and sustainable relationships with key decision-makers in strategic accounts. Foster a culture of customer satisfaction. Assess the landscape of partners within accounts, including software vendors and other technology providers.

3. Partner Collaboration

Establish and maintain productive relationships with key partners in your territory. Work collaboratively with partners to create and review a joint pipeline of opportunities, establishing success plans for deals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

A strong, dynamic, and customer-focused personality with resilience. A solid understanding of general business principles, including industry trends and organizational roles. A passion for nurturing long-term, high-level relationships with customers and partners. Proven ability to meet revenue targets through measurable and ambitious indicators. Experience leading sales initiatives and motivating cross-functional teams in customer projects. Proficiency in collaborating with a diverse ecosystem of partners and ISVs. A commitment to working with integrity and responsibility, enjoying autonomy in your role. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to inspire positive behaviors. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. A degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, business informatics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software solution sales to large enterprises is essential. Experience in on-premise and Cloud/SaaS software solutions sales, particularly in ERP and middleware sectors. Native proficiency in German and good command of English.
