Your Role as a Software Engineering Student

We are seeking highly motivated students pursuing degrees in computer science, business informatics, or related fields to join our dynamic development teams. As a student at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the advancement of electric vehicle technology by working on projects that focus on charging infrastructure optimization, range calculation accuracy, and overall user experience.
  • Gain practical experience in agile software development methodologies, collaborating with experienced engineers and participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Explore a wide range of technologies, including Java, C++, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, Bash Scripting, Microservice Architectures, Application Security, CI/Build Management, OAuth, Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Helm, SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Toolchain.
  • Develop your technical skills and knowledge under the guidance of a supportive team environment while working independently on challenging tasks.
