Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Cost- and Product Calculation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Costing and Calculation: Develop and maintain accurate product costing models, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Cost Accounting and Analysis: Conduct thorough cost accounting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in special projects related to cost accounting, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of years of experience in cost accounting and product development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP product costing and SAP FI/CO, as well as MS Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
