About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer/Technician (m/w/d) to join our team at Herrenknecht. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for low-voltage installations
  • Design and develop electrical drive systems (synchronous and asynchronous drives)
  • Design and develop battery-powered drive systems
  • Design and dimension electrical switchgear
  • Perform risk analysis and evaluation of electrical safety switchgear
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical and fluid engineering departments
Requirements
  • Completed studies or technical training in the field of electrical engineering
  • Desirable: professional experience in a similar field
  • Experience with EPlan P8 software
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical engineering regulations is required
  • Desirable: knowledge of international regulations such as UL or CSA
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
