Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Business Enabling. As a key member of our global network, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of business-enabling initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and reduce paper-based processes
  • Establish a strong partnership with IT to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Communication
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German and English
