Production Engineer for Investment Planning (m/f/d) at Victoria Consulting GmbH
Victoria Consulting GmbH is a renowned player in the metal sector, boasting a global workforce. We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to oversee investment initiatives at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee investment initiatives at the manufacturing site
- Formulate a strategic investment roadmap for the next 3-5 years and execute it on an annual basis
- Manage projects from drafting specifications, soliciting bids, negotiating costs, presenting investment plans, initiating purchases, tracking budgets and timelines, supervising commissioning, and training personnel until the project is handed over to production and maintenance
- Generate and present financial analyses (ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.) for investment initiatives
- Work closely with plant management to ensure alignment
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in investment planning within a manufacturing context
- Proficient in project management
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with IT tools such as SAP, Excel, MS-Project, Power BI
