E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Ergobaby Europe GmbH. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of our e-commerce websites, including product listings, landing page creation, and feature implementation.
- Content Creation: Edit and upload compelling content on our websites to engage customers and promote our products.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies across multiple languages to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Translation Coordination: Support the coordination of translations for websites and emails to effectively reach diverse audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Generate detailed reports to analyze website performance and promotional activities.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor websites for technical issues and inventory discrepancies.
- Project Support: Assist in various aspects of large-scale web development initiatives, including content migration and bug testing.
- Experience: At least two years of professional experience in e-commerce, website management, or related fields.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment; familiarity with e-commerce sales platforms; strong software and computer skills; strong planning, coordination, and management skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language: Fluent in German and English, both in written and verbal.
