Job Title: AI Content Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Content Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Business Excellence Department, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing content about Infineon's AI strategy, use cases, and key learnings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Develop high-quality content that effectively communicates complex AI topics to a diverse audience, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
  • Podcast and Video Creation: Participate in the creation of audio and video content, ensuring high-quality production that engages and informs our audience.
  • Communication Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy for AI, aligning with Infineon's broader business objectives and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Change Communication: Support the development and dissemination of communication materials for relevant AI projects, helping to manage and communicate changes effectively within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Currently studying Journalism, Communication, Media Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and journalistic integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in journalism, content creation, multimedia production, or storytelling. Familiarity with multimedia tools for audio and video content creation.
