Business Systems Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our CORE BANKING IT team at ODDO BHF Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of business-critical projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Design and implement solutions that meet business needs, leveraging Agile methodologies and Jira tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide training to business users as needed.
- Support the delivery process to ensure smooth post-deployment and handle bundle upgrade requests and bug fixes.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field with a focus on IT.
- Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, with very good knowledge of French an advantage.
- First experience with JIRA and SQL an advantage.
- Analytical skills and curiosity to work in a demanding environment.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Willingness to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main.
