Senior Fullstack Developer

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our small, agile team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in building and scaling our platform, utilizing Ruby on Rails and React, and working with technologies like Postgres, Heroku, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new features and improve existing ones, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Work on the frontend (creating intuitive user interfaces with React) and the backend (designing and building APIs and integrating with external systems using Ruby on Rails).
- Have significant ownership over product areas and collaborate with other developers to ship high-quality code.
- 3+ years of experience developing high-performance web applications.
- Broad experience with web technologies and comfort working across the stack.
- Ability to think creatively and critically, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Autonomy to work independently and bring your own perspective, identifying when to raise red flags or suggest different approaches.
- Bonus points for experience with Postgres, AWS, or Heroku, but willingness to learn is just as important.
